Most Talkstream Agents go live within 7 to 14 days of your discovery call. Simpler use cases can launch in under a week. More complex integrations with custom CRMs or industry-specific systems may take slightly longer, but our team manages the entire timeline.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. You have two options: forward calls from your existing number to your Talkstream Agent, or port your number over to Talkstream directly. Most customers start with forwarding and port later once they’re confident in the agent. Your number stays yours either way.

What happens when the agent can’t answer something?

Your agent transfers the call to the right person on your team, along with a real-time summary of what was discussed. Whoever picks up knows exactly what the caller wants before they say hello. You define the escalation rules during setup, and you can adjust them anytime.

Can the agent actually sound human?
